Program Exchange Program (PEP) is an innovative idea that coniugate the advantages of property rental and of home exchange at the same place.

Home Exchange is a great way of traveling where you stay in the house of a community members and that members in one of yours.
The advantage is clear: save a lot of money on your next vacation.

In most cases, the exchange is simultaneous, so both members stay in each others' accommodations during the same period.
This is not required if community members exchanging homes have more than one property.

Rentheworld offers a valuable service called Property Exchange Program (PEP) where the owners,
with one or more published properties online, are totally free to choose to partecipate to.

During the creation of a new listing, or at any successive moment, the owner can choose to join PEP.
In this mode other members will find the published property among them that is possible to exchange.
If those members are interested in exchange the founded home, and if they have at least one published property partecipating PEP,
they will able to select the exchange option in the contact form and to choose one of their PEP home to exchange with the founded one.
