Whether you are a property owner or agent (an "RTW Community User") placing advertisements on Rentheworld.com ("We") or a person using this site other than to advertise holiday homes ("RTW Guest"), by accessing or using our site, these terms and conditions ("Terms") inform you of the basis on which you may make use of our site.

Please read this Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and contact us if You have any questions.
By using our website, you indicate that you accept this Terms.

Information about us

Rentheworld.com is operated by Webaurea Srl, registered in Italy and under company number 04498470659 and have its registered office at Via Nuova Chiunzi, 91 - 84010 Maiori (Salerno), Italy.

We are an advertising service for any type of accommodation to rent. We offer visibility to RTW Community Users to publish and manage property listings online but

WE ARE NOT A PARTY TO ANY RENTAL TRANSACTION.

  • We do not own, inspect or provide content for any of the properties advertised on our website.
  • We have absolutely no involvement in the booking process or transaction.
  • We make no claims as to the quality, safety or legality of any of the properties advertised.
  • Neither can we confirm the accuracy of the advertisements or their content.
  • It is the sole responsibility of the RTW Community User to be eligible to rent the property and the sole responsibility of the RTW Guest to pay for the rental.

    • Use of Website

    We don't charge any fee to members until they don't have one or more vacation rental properties published on the website. We do not charge RTW Guest to access the webite and search for listings or access readonly website forums or comments data. Neither we charge RTW Community User to add comments to his own or others property listings, chat or contact other RTW Community User, addding new forum posts. Accordingly, we grant users a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access the website to, as applicable, advertise vacation rental properties and/or research, view or make legitimate inquiries to members regarding their interest in particular vacation rental properties for their personal use, all in accordance with these Terms. Any other use of the website is expressly prohibited. Importantly, this license does not include any right of collection, aggregation, copying, duplication, display or derivative use of the website nor any right of use of data mining, robots, spiders or similar data gathering and extraction tools without our prior written permission;

    Your safety

    Consideration should always be given to the nature of advertisements and contracts transacted on the Internet, and the risks involved. Although we encourage RTW Community Users and RTW Guests to make direct contact with each other, via "Contact Owner" Form, or by phone, we suggest therefore to proceed with care and judgement when using our site feautures.

    Unauthorized Use

    Unless otherwise provided within these Terms, or unless otherwise applicable law requires us to allow you to do so, you may not do any of the following without our prior written consent:

    • Copy, reproduce, upload, post, display, republish, distribute, or transmit any part of the content in any form whatsoever;
    • Reproduce any portion of the website on your website or otherwise, using any device including, but not limited to, use of a frame or border environment around the website, or other framing technique to enclose any portion or aspect of the website, or mirror or replicate any portion of the website;

    • Reverse engineer any part of this website;
    • Sell, offer for sale, transfer, or license any portion of the website in any form to any third parties;

    • Use the website other than to advertise and/or research vacation rentals and to make legitimate inquiries to our members, add new forum posts or comments;
    • Use the website to make any false, fraudulent or speculative reservation, or any reservation in anticipation of demand;
    • Post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, indecent, inflammatory, sexually explicit, pornographic or profane material or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law or for any other purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms;
    • Post or transmit any information that constitutes or contains false or misleading indications of origin or statements of fact;
    • Use or access the website in any way that, in our sole discretion, adversely affects the performance or function of the website, or any other computer systems or networks used by us or the website, or infringes on our copyright or any copyright of our members;
    • Violate, plagiarize or infringe the rights of third parties including, without limitation, copyright, trademark, patent, rights of publicity or privacy or any other proprietary rights;
    • Upload or transmit to the website or use any device, software or routine that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, or other computer programming routines that may damage, interfere or attempt to interfere with, or intercept, the normal operation of the website, or appropriate the website or any system, or take any action that imposes an unreasonable load on our computer equipment, or that infringes upon the rights of any third party; or

    Our limitation of liability and responsibility

    We act merely as an advertising service through which RTW Community User can advertise properties to RTW Guets. We do not own nor have we inspected nor do we have any control whatsoever over any property listed on our site and we make no representations or warranties regarding any of the properties.

    While we require RTW Community User to advertise properties truthfully, fairly and accurately, and we take reasonable steps to remove advertisements from our site following any complaint from a RTW Guest or another RTW Community User, we have no control over the accuracy of any advertisement or the capacity of any RTW Community User to make a booking with a RTW Guest.

    As such, we disclaim all liability and responsibility arising from any reliance by any user of our site, or by anyone who may be informed of any of its contents, placed on any advertisement, commentary and other materials posted on our site.

    Although we will do our best to prevent intentional misuse of our site and the dissemination of harmful programs via our site, we will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by any intentional misuse of our site or the distribution of viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of our site.

    If we are in breach of these Terms, we will only be responsible for any losses you suffer as a result and to the extent that they are a foreseeable consequence of both of us at the time you use our site. Our liability shall not in any event include business losses such as lost data, lost profits or business interruption.

    This does not affect our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or if something we do negligently causes death or personal injury, nor any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

    Changes to webite and service interruptions

    Access to the Rentheworld.com 7 days a week and 24 hours a day, except in cases of force majeure and periodic maintenance. If a technical problem makes accessing the service impossible, Rentheworld.com will do its uppermost to work towards finding the technical solution just until the service is resumed.
    In this case, we can change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the website at any time, including the availability of any website features, database, or content. We may also impose limits on certain features or services or restrict your access to parts or all of the Site without notice or liability.

    Links from our website

    Where our site contains links to other sites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your information only. We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources, and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. Rentheworld.com offers the possibility to add a web link on the property listing page. RTW Community User must make sure to exchange this link we offer, by adding a link to rentheworld.com on his website homepage or on the page of the property he is are listing on his website.

    No partnership or agency

    Nothing in these Terms or in your use of our site creates, or is intended to establish, any partnership, joint venture or agency between us.

    Access to the website

    Rentheworld.com holds to its responsibilities but cannot be held responsible for circumstances outside of its control.

    Copyrights and notices

    The contents published on Rentheworld.com are protected by copyright. All copying is strictly forbidden. In using or in continuing to use the services of Rentheworld.com, you express your agreement to undertake to these Terms and conditions. We reserves all rights to make changes as it sees fit, to the general Terms and conditions and would publish changes on the website. At the same time we ask you to reread them regularly.
